Community Guidelines
Club700 is a place where young entrepreneurs, mentors and partners build businesses and build each other up. These guidelines keep it encouraging, honest and safe. They apply to everything you post, message or share in the app, and at Club700 events.
Integrity
Be honest in what you say, sell and promise.
Respect
Treat every person with dignity, whatever their background or beliefs.
Stewardship
Use your time, money and talent wisely — and help others do the same.
Encouragement
Celebrate wins, give helpful feedback, and lift people up.
Do
- Share your wins, milestones and lessons — big or small.
- Ask questions. Nobody here started knowing everything.
- Give feedback that is honest, specific and kind.
- Keep other people’s business ideas and personal stories confidential.
- Credit others when you share their work or ideas.
- Share real opportunities, with clear details and deadlines.
Don’t
- Harass, bully, threaten or insult anyone — in public posts or private messages.
- Post hateful content that attacks people for their ethnicity, tribe, nationality, gender, disability, religion or any other part of who they are.
- Share sexual or graphic content, or make unwanted romantic or sexual approaches.
- Sell to or recruit members into pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, “investment” or crypto schemes, or anything that promises guaranteed returns.
- Charge fees to apply for opportunities, or ask members for money, airtime or mobile money.
- Spam — repeated posts, chain messages, or unrelated advertising.
- Share private information about others (phone numbers, addresses, photos) without their permission.
- Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your experience or organization.
- Copy another member’s business idea or plan that was shared in confidence.
- Spread false information, especially about funding, health or finances.
Faith and respect
Club700 is grounded in Christian ethics, and prayer and scripture are part of our community. Everyone is welcome, whatever their faith. Share faith content with gentleness and respect, never pressure anyone, and keep the prayer wall for genuine requests and encouragement.
Extra standards for mentors, coaches, trainers and partners
You’ve been trusted with people who are building something important. In addition to everything above:
- Put the entrepreneur’s interests first. Don’t sell your own products or paid services to participants, or ask them for money.
- Keep mentoring conversations on Club700 or in group settings, especially with anyone under 18.
- Keep professional boundaries. Romantic or sexual relationships with participants are not allowed.
- Keep what mentees share with you confidential, unless someone is at risk of harm.
- Be reliable: show up to sessions you schedule, or reschedule early.
- Partners: opportunities must be genuine, free to apply for, and state all terms clearly, including any interest rates.
Protecting young people
Some participants are under 18. Adults must never arrange to meet an under-18 participant alone or off the platform without their parent or guardian knowing, ask for personal photos, or keep secrets with them. If you are worried about a young person’s safety, tell us immediately at info@theclub700.org.
Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, tap ⋯ → Report on the post, comment or prayer request. Reports are private — the person won’t know who reported them. You can also email info@theclub700.org.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, send a warning, limit features, suspend the account, or remove someone from Club700 permanently. Serious safeguarding or criminal concerns may be passed to the appropriate authorities. If you think we got a decision wrong, email info@theclub700.org and a different team member will review it.
